Mortgage Rates Edge Up Slightly
The
rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage edged up slightly to 4.14 percent from
the previous week’s 4.12 percent, and the 15-year FRM rate rose from 3.23
percent to 3.27 percent, Freddie Mac said yesterday. At this time in 2013, the
30-year rate averaged 4.40 percent and the 15-year rate averaged 3.43 percent.
