Mortgage Rates Continue Dropping
The
average rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage fell to 4.12 percent from the
previous week’s 4.14 percent, Freddie Mac said yesterday. At this time in 2013,
the 30-year FRM rate averaged 3.81 percent.
