Pending Home Sales Up for First Time in Nine Months
The
Pending Home Sales Index rose 3.4 percent in March to 97.4 after dipping in
February, the National Association of Realtors said yesterday.
The index, which reflects contracts but not closings on existing homes, remains
7.9 percent below its level a year before.
