Mortgage Rates Tick Up Slightly
The
average rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage edged up slightly to 4.33
percent from last week's rate of 4.28 percent, Freddie Mac said yesterday. At
this time in 2013, the 30-year FRM rate averaged 3.56 percent.
