Mortgage Rates Rise
The
average rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage rose to 4.29 percent from the
previous week’s rate of 4.22 percent, Freddie Mac said Thursday. At the same
time in 2012, the 30-year FRM rate averaged 3.32 percent.
