Mortgage Rates Slip
The
average rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage edged down to 4.22 percent from
last week’s rate of 4.35 percent, Freddie Mac said yesterday. At this time in
2012, the 30-year FRM rate averaged 3.31 percent.
