Mortgage Rates Edge Up
The
average rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage edged up to 4.28 percent from
last week’s rate of 4.23 percent, Freddie Mac said Thursday. At this time in
2012, the 30-year FRM rate averaged 3.37 percent.
