Mortgage Rates Near Seven-Month Low
The
average rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage fell to 4.14 percent from the
previous week’s 4.20 percent, Freddie Mac said yesterday. At this time in 2013,
the 30-year FRM rate averaged 3.51 percent.
