Mortgage Rates Stop Falling
The
average rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage edged up slightly to 4.28
percent from last week's rate of 4.23 percent, Freddie Mac said today. At this
time in 2013, the 30-year FRM rate averaged 3.53 percent.
