Mortgage Rates Slip
The
average rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage slipped slightly to 4.34 percent
from last week’s 4.41 percent, Freddie Mac said yesterday. At this time in
2013, the 30-year FRM rate averaged 3.43 percent.
