Mortgage Rates Continue Slipping
The
average rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage fell to 4.23 percent from last
week’s rate of 4.32 percent, Freddie Mac said yesterday. At this time in 2013,
the 30-year FRM rate averaged 3.53 percent.
